Terms of Service

All images are the intellectual property of VHalydier Photography and are protected by copyright law. By accessing your gallery, you agree not to reproduce, edit, screenshot, or redistribute any images without prior written permission. Clients are granted a limited-use license for personal use only unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased. Galleries remain active for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Please download and back up your files promptly. VHalydier Photography is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration. All sales are final. If by any chance the photographer is unable to deliver your gallery, the only retribution is a refund of any money paid by the client.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to VHalydier Photography. Any personal information you provide—such as your name, email address, or images—is used solely for communication, gallery delivery, and order fulfillment. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties. All galleries are private and accessible only to the intended recipient unless otherwise requested. If by any chance we have shared an image publicly that you don't want shared, please let us know immediately, and we will take it down. By accessing your gallery, you consent to the terms outlined here.
