By accessing your gallery, you agree not to reproduce, edit, screenshot, or redistribute any images without prior written permission. Clients are granted a limited-use license for personal use only unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased. Galleries remain active for 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Please download and back up your files promptly. VHalydier Photography is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration. All sales are final. If by any chance the photographer is unable to deliver your gallery, the only retribution is a refund of any money paid by the client.
